With Ultimate Windows Tweaker you can easily tweak and customize more than 150 different elements and features in Windows Vista. Also, the program was a bit unstable during our testings and displayed a few error messages. On the downside, Ultimate Windows Tweaker doesn't include any documentation, which means that in some cases you may not have a clue about what a certain tweak does. The program lets you create a restoration point before applying any change, something I strongly advise you to do in case something goes terribly wrong. Ultimate Windows Tweaker doesn't require installation and can be run from a USB key. In fact, most of them are already present in Windows Vista, and Ultimate Windows Tweaker just offers you an easier way to access and use them. All tweaks are conveniently organized in categories (Personalization, System Performance, Security Settings, Network Tweaks and so on) according to their effect.
